In the modern world of 21 centuries people not so such, as last millenium. The person gradually passes in a new stage of development from the person reasonable to the person practical. The person forgets about cultural wealth, its main purpose to become material accumulation. It changes him and its offsprings. To become imperceptibly game of children the rage and violence which they show among themselves. And weights of media and TV – the main fertilizer for fast growing grains of negative actions.
